Gregory Martin has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, including extensive work in Hotels, Multi-Family Apartment Projects, Townhomes, Custom Design Homes, and Large-Scale Residential Development.
His professional background encompasses all phases of the construction process, from pre-construction planning and project estimating, detail contract scheduling, project management and coordination of the on-site construction with owners through completion and the warranty period.
He currently owns and operates Triple 7 Construction, LLC, Diamond M Lumber Co., a wall panel and floor system manufacturing business serving commercial and residential construction projects in Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah and is an Owner and Developer of the new River Heights Estates Subdivision (Riverheightsestates.com), a 192-acre Residential Development consisting of forty (40) Executive and Estate homes in Grand Junction, Colorado.

With over 37 years of experience in the Construction Development field, Linda brings her expertise in the Construction , Design and Development of both Commercial and Residential projects to Triple 7 Construction. Her working career included General and Regional Management positions with many of the US’s largest Development companies including Trammel Crow, Western Development, General Growth and Westcor Partners .
A native of Colorado, she spent the last twenty years of her career in San Ignacio, Belize, Central America where her four design and construction companies developed and built custom vacation homes residences in Belize for the expat communities from Europe, Canada and the US.
Linda returned home to Grand Junction in 2022 and within months, joined Triple 7 Construction as Chief Operating Officer. Her mission.... to oversee operations, set and drive organizational vision and develop the future strategy for company growth, now including the new River Heights Estates Residential Development of forty custom and executive homes.

Justin brings over twenty-three years of varied experience in the construction industry and is Superintendent over the Triple 7 Projects, from commercial and multi-family to custom residential homes. His expertise and direct line communication working with our Senior Estimators and Project Managers is the perfect fit, in the effective management and execution of the Triple 7 portfolio of projects.

Henrique brings a strategic and detail-driven approach to preconstruction. With extensive experience in commercial and multi family developments, he specializes in transforming complex plans into accurate, executable budgets.
Felipe is recognized for his in-depth takeoffs, strong scope management, and ability to align pricing with real-world construction execution. His collaborative mindset and commitment to precision help position projects for efficiency, profitability, and long-term success.
